The Pylons of Norwich

I’ve always loved their sculptural drama. In Stoke, when I was young, there were a pair in a field that we used to climb to the point where a platform was framed with barbed wire that raked out at an angle. That stopped you getting to the top and electrocuting yourself, but it was high enough up that the fall could kill you.
